Public Attitudes to Controlling Bovine Tuberculosis in Wales
Dr Gareth Enticott
TUESDAY 8 MAY 2012 - 4PM - ROOM 0.85, GLAMORGAN BUILDING
.Attempts to control the spread of bovine tuberculosis between farmed cattle and wild badgers has caused considerable controversy in England and Wales. In this seminar, Dr Gareth Enticott will examine new research on public attitudes to animal disease in different types of rural areas in Wales, and question whether communicating scientific evidence about animal diseases would change attitudes to a badger cull.
