Dr Sue Peattie- Associate Member of BRASS
Career Experience and Qualifications
Sue completed her BA in Economics and Statistics at the University of Exeter and then worked as a Systems Analyst/Computer Programmer in industry for five years. After completing an MA in Economics at SimonFraser University, Vancouver, Canada, she returned to the UK to take up an appointment as Senior Lecturer in Statistics and Marketing at the University of Glamorgan. During her time here she completed a PGCE in Higher Education and studied for her PhD. Sue joined Cardiff Business School in September 2000.
Research Areas of Interest
Social Marketing (the application of commercial marketing techniques to health and environmental issues); Food marketing, ethnicity & children; and innovations in Sales Promotions.
