Career Experience and Qualifications

Having completed a degree in Law Claire went on to obtain a Research Masters in Recycling Technology from the Department of Materials Engineering at the University of Wales, Swansea. In 2002 she began working for the Waste Management Department at Cardiff County Council where she is now the Minimisation and Education Officer.

Cardiff County Council have agreed to support Claire to undertake a part-time PhD to investigate what encourages householders to engage in waste minimisation behaviour at or before the point of purchase.
