Environmental Regulation

Dr Paul Nieuwenhuis, Dr Peter Wells, Mr Clovis Zapata.

BRASS personnel have long been working in this area and it combines various BRASS activities in legislation, and business. Within the automotive projects the emphasis is on the history and future of environmental regulation of cars and trucks, both in terms of higher level regulatory approaches and concepts, and implications of regulation for business.
