Progress towards sustainability will be strongly influenced by our ability to change or reduce particular aspects of our consumption behaviours (particularly in relatively wealthy consumer economies), and to find more sustainable ways to market goods and services. BRASS research work looking at particular aspects of marketing and consumption includes research into some of its key industries such as food and automotive, but also includes research looking at broader trends in marketing and consumption.
